From Pelotas, Brazil, to Santa Maria

For this motorcycle trip, I am traveling from Pelotas to Santa Maria in Brazil—a distance of about 300 km.

I am departing from Pelotas.

It’s morning, so the roads are quite busy.

A little over ten minutes after setting off, I finally managed to get out of the city.

The road continues with ups and downs.

This road sees heavy traffic from large vehicles, such as trucks.

The Santa Maria is finally drawing near.

I joined the City.

The city center has a lot of hills, so I have to be extra careful when driving there.

And finally, we arrive at Saldanha Marinho Square.

My trip this time involved simply following a single stretch of road, so there were long periods of boredom.

The high volume of large vehicles played a part in this.

I think the journey would have been more enjoyable had I gone on a Sunday.
