From Villarrica, Chile to Los Angeles
My motorcycle trip this time is from Villarrica, Chile to Los Angeles.
The distance is approximately 250 km.

I am leaving Villarica.

I cross the bridge and leave Villarrica.

I’ll drive along the road and head towards Highway 5.

I arrived in about 40 minutes.
From here, I’ll head north.

I immediately reached the first toll booth.
I paid $1,000, approximately USD 1.11, here.

In about 40 minutes, we reached the next tollbooth.
Here too, I paid $1,000.

It’s really foggy around Victoria.

The weather improved, and I entered the Biobío region from La Araucanía.

I passed a toll booth a little way down the road, but I was in the passing lane and couldn’t move to the right, so I drove right past it.
Later I found out that I should have paid $1,000.
Sorry.

Then, after driving for a while, I got off the highway.

The last toll booth
Here I paid $300, approximately USD 0.33

After this, I continued along the road.

I have arrived at Plaza de Armas.

My trip this time was a manageable 3 hours.
What bothered me was the fog around Temuco, and above all, the toll booths after entering Biobío Province.
I had a similar experience of forgetting to pay when traveling from Santiago to Argentina previously.
I wish they would make it a little clearer.
