From Mar del Plata to La Plata in Argentina

My motorcycle trip this time is from Mar del Plata to La Plata in Argentina.

The distance is approximately 370 km.

I am leaving Mar del Plata.

I quickly reached the city center.

This time, I will be heading north along this road.

The area around Maipú was shrouded in thick fog.

I proceed with caution.

And then I arrived in Peaje Maipú.

There was no toll for motorcycles here.

I will continue on.

After about three and a half hours, I arrived at the next tollbooth, Peaje Samborombón.

There is no toll here either.

If I’ve come this far, my destination is just a little further.

I’m getting off Line 2 to go to La Plata.

A problem occurred here.

The same symptom that occurred in Monte Hermoso—the engine suddenly stopping—occurred in my motorcycle.

I pulled over to the side of the road to check it.

I fixed it by waiting a little while and then starting the engine.

Last time I replaced the air cleaner and spark plugs, so the possible problem might be a dirty fuel filter.

I’ll move on.

After a little over four hours, I finally arrived in La Plata.

I’ll continue on towards the city center.

And then I arrived at Moreno Square.

My trip this time was rather boring due to the unchanging scenery, but the dense fog around Maipu and the engine stalling after getting off Highway 2 were troublesome.

I will be staying here for a while.
