Of course, there is a delivery fee, but it is much cheaper than going to Brazil and coming back by myself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He told me that he wanted to deliver the things he wanted, He told me to keep it to a minimum because carrying everything might be a problem at customs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The fender uppers and shrouds are large parts, so I thought I could buy them when I enter Brazil around July of next year, so I bought the bare minimum of contact base comp, headlight unit, mirror, and front dashboard bracket, and delivered them to the address in Brazil that he specified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
While I wait for the parts to arrive, I will look up a welding shop in San Pedro de Atacama.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I asked the hostel where I am staying for the contact information of a welding shop, “You should contact here,” so I sent a message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The corner of the hexagonal screw on the contact base had come off and I couldn’t remove it, so I attached it to the outside as a temporary fix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\tI need to use an impact driver to remove this, so I’ll have it removed at a repair shop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Also, I tried to replace the front brake pads, which were worn out, but the screws were too tight and I couldn’t remove them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\tI’ll have this removed as well<\/p>\n\n\n\n
