Motorcycle Trip

Villazon to Tarija

I’m heading from Villazón, a city in southern Bolivia, to Tarija, the capital of the Tarija department.

It’s a 200km journey from red to yellow on the map.

After I left, the asphalt road continued for a while.

But after a while I hit the dirt road.

I’m going through a slightly heavy road.

The road is wide here, so it’s good, but if I fall, I’m sure I won’t be saved.

This is difficult for beginners.

After I drive for about two hours, the road finally turns to asphalt.

The tunnel I was in when I was leaving San Antonio and heading towards Choroma was pitch black with almost no lights.

In this condition, I was driving at about 80km/h so it was pretty scary.

It took me about four hours to get to the center of Tarija.

Tarija is a city that is developing rapidly, and I felt the power of the people who live there.

Although there are still some inconveniences here, it is a very good city.

Date of driving: September 2, 2024

This time’s harvest

I need to install fog lights.
