From Punta Arenas to Puerto Natales, Chile

My motorcycle trip this time was from Punta Arenas in southern Chile to Puerto Natales.

The distance was about 250km.

I’m leaving Punta Arenas

I’ve reached RN9, so all I have to do is continue straight on this road.

There was construction about 30 minutes away from where I drove.

It was windy, so I drove carefully.

After that, I continued to drive, struggling with the strong crosswinds.

My SD card started giving errors just before Primavera, so I stopped for gas earlier than planned.

The remaining distance from here is about 100km.

Although the motorbike can’t go fast in the strong headwind, I passed Villa Renoval in just over two hours.

As I approached Puerto Natales, I could see the mountains.

This lifts my spirits.

And I’ll arrive in Puerto Natales in three hours.

I’ll continue heading towards the center.

The wind had a big effect on my trip this time, and I once again felt that it would be difficult with all my luggage.

The tires seem to be in good condition.

Next, I’m heading to Torres del Paine National Park.
