Puerto Madryn, Argentina to Rawson via Trelew

My motorcycle trip this time was from Puerto Madryn, Argentina, via Trelew to Rawson, the capital of Chubut Province.

The distance from Puerto Madryn to Trelew is approximately 65km.

The distance from Trelew to Rawson is approximately 20km.

This is one of the shortest distances I’ve ever traveled, so I was able to drive safely without worrying about time.

I’m leaving Puerto Madryn

I’ll be heading out to the city soon

I joined RN3 about 7 minutes after I departed.

After this, I’ll just head south

About 40 minutes after I set off, I stopped off at the dinosaur monument at the entrance to Trelew.

Soon after that I will be joining Trelew.

I left Puerto Madryn and arrived in the town of Trelew in about 50 minutes.

I continued on to Plaza de la Independencia.

I arrived at the square.

From here, I headed to Rawson.

I exit onto RN25 and head east.

This road had strong crosswinds and heavy traffic.

If I cross this bridge, I’ll be in the center of Rawson.

Rawson feels older than Trelew.

I arrived at Guillermo Square in Rawson about 20 minutes after leaving Trelew.

On this trip, the distance was short, so I was able to go slowly without worrying about time.

Strong crosswinds were a challenge here, but I was fortunate to have a relaxed attitude.
