This time I’m heading from Mercedes to Trinidad, the capital of Flores.
This is a relatively short distance, about 135km.

I’ll start around Rivera Square, on the west side of the city.

I didn’t have any gas in my tank so I decided to fill up here before moving on.

It’s expensive at 78.54 pesos per liter, about 1.86 USD.
When I leave the city, there’s nature there, just like in other cities.

I entered Flores in about an hour.

I left the Mercedes and arrived at Constitution Square, the center of Trinidad, about an hour and a half later.

The route I took had similar scenery, but it was hilly so I didn’t get bored.
As soon as I entered Flores, the road was damaged, but it was well repaired, so it seems that the roads in Uruguay are well maintained.
