I’m heading from Humahuaca, a city in northern Argentina, to La Quiaca, a city on the border with Bolivia.
It’s a 160km journey from red to yellow on the map.

The scenery there is mostly wilderness, but the roads are well maintained and clean.

The blue sky feels good

On my way to La Quiaca I pass through several towns, all of which are small in size.

After about two hours, I arrived at my final destination in Argentina, La Quiaca.

This is the final stop on the RN40, which starts from Rio Gallegos in southern Argentina.
I’ll stay here for a few days before heading to Bolivia.
